Sulfur-free nickel crown (nickel>99.99%) is an improved alternative product developed and patented by Nikkelverk, specifically designed for use in the Qinlan anode electroplating process (replacing traditional small nickel). The nickel crown is hemispherical in shape, with a bottom diameter of approximately 22 millimeters.

INCO sulfur-free nickel beads

Nickel beads without sulfur, diameter φ 6-14mm, with a nickel content of 99.98%. Produced using carbonyl gas method, it has high purity and less residue, greatly prolonging the maintenance cycle of nickel tanks, and is widely used in the connector electroplating and electroforming industries.
