Norwegian sulfur-free nickel cake
Sulfur-free nickel crown (nickel>99.99%) is an improved alternative product developed and patented by Nikkelverk, specifically designed for use in the Qinlan anode electroplating process (replacing traditional small nickel). The nickel crown is hemispherical in shape, with a bottom diameter of approximately 22 millimeters.

INCO sulfur-containing nickel beads
Spherical nickel beads have a diameter of 6 to 14 millimeters (0.25 to 0.6 in.). S-Pellets ™ Due to sulfur activation, it has all the advantages associated with enhanced anodic activity: even in the absence of chloride ions, it dissolves at 100% anodic efficiency; Low dissolution potential without metal residues and under very high current density. Compared to non activated nickel forms, it has lower current resistance and produces significant power savings in the electroplating workshop. The sulfur in this product has not entered the electroplating solution; Instead, it forms insoluble nickel sulfide residue, which is stored in a cotton anode bag to remove unwanted copper impurities from the electroplating solution.
