ESS 301 is applied to connectors, lead frames and passive components and other immersed tin plating process, can form a uniform and stable surface structure, strengthen the solder surface of the tin coating, will not pollute the coating, after heat treatment, reflow and annealing treatment, can effectively prevent the tin coating in the reflow process discoloration, reduce the formation of oxide layer, So as not to affect the solderability and contact resistance of the tinned workpiece.Its advantages: it is an acidic post-protection, compared with the traditional alkaline post-treatment/neutralization, the effect is more significant, can be used in raw liquid, can also be diluted to 20%-80%, can protect the tin coating, compared with the tin coating without post-treatment, is not easy to oxidize, in control of reflow discoloration and oxidation degree, the effect is obvious, the treatment time is short, suitable for roll-to-roll high-speed electroplating process.
